“ The moment you walk in you feel like family. They take very good care of you, and ensure you are not missing anything. The drinks are flavor full and reasonable. The food.. the AK Seared Scallop Piccata was wonderful. Some of the best scallops I have had. I would just order 2 of these dishes for a meal. The steak was okay. It was 70 dollars for a filet that was cooked perfectly however the cut was thick so to even get the middle medium rare ment that 50% was medium to well. The Risotto was decent. Bland but still fresh and paired well with the steak. Over all the food is a little over priced for the quality of the steak I received. The Scallops were something I would come back for, and the service. ”

“ Our server/lead bartender was amazing. He made sure to check on us and gave us great recommendations. The chef and owner even came out to each table to check on his customers. Definitely need more high end restaurants like these in Eagle River because the date night options are too limited in this town. However, when you call for reservation, if you know you gonna try one of the special cuts like Tomahawk or Cowboy, please remember to tell them so they can put it aside!! They sell out fast!!!!!! ”

“ Staff is amazing, thoughtful, attentive, always ready but not overbearing. Parker Rolls were a delicious start, steak (New York strip) well cooked dry age flavor was worth it. Whipped potatoes a great side. I had perfectly cooked sweet delicious scallops, the mushroom were nice… thought the risotto and sauce were good but needed another flavor… saffron or paprika. But delish meal with great service and a little oasis in a strip mall. ”

“ Very impressed with the food and the service. We had reservations for 9pm and came in at 730 to sit at the bar. We were welcomed with wine samplers and given recommendations - the wine selection is amazing, ranging from wines imported from Portugal and Chile. We were sat before our reservation time and greeted immediately. We ordered the mushrooms as an app - they were AMAZING but I wish they used larger mushrooms or served a larger portion. I paid $17 for 4 little mushrooms, they were overpriced, and I will not get them again despite their deliciousness. We both ordered the sirloin steak, medium-rare. Unfortunately, half of my steak was cooked well-done. Outside of this, the flavors were amazing: lemon, charred, and juicy. The mac and cheese speaks for itself. It was great, and a good option as a side to share. Lastly, we ordered the orange cake as dessert and I WILL be coming back for this. Very light with the perfect amount of orange. The whipped cream was light and fluffy. I would’ve given 4 stars based on the faults I mentioned above but the service was excellent, and there’s still plenty of room for this restaurant to grow. I would recommend this spot to anybody who hasn’t checked it out yet! ”

Fairly busy but we were able to sit down and order quickly compared to other restaurants. Food was delicious, Burger was tasty! ”

“ This was our first time dining at Stalks. We have been to many high end steak houses from NYC to the West Coast and Stalks ranks right up there with the best of them. From the moment you arrive you’re greeted with very welcoming staff. Table service was impeccable throughout the entire evening and attention to detail was impressive. Now the food. Best Cesar salad I’ve had in years. Steaks cooked to absolute perfection and so tender. Very high quality meat. We tried a few different sides and all were absolutely delicious even right down to the dessert. This restaurant knows how to deliver high end food and service, Well done Stalks ”
